Taught by our highly experienced Thai trainer. A Muay Thai session is an experience you must do while you’re traveling in Thailand. Class is run in a traditional format consisting of stretching, hand wrapping, shadow boxing, technique work, bag rounds, Thai Pad rounds, conditioning drills & core exercises to finish off.

Here are some things that people bring to a Muay Thai class: - Comfortable workout clothes, such as shorts or sweatpants and a t-shirt or tank top - Boxing gloves and hand wraps (we provide these, but it's always a good idea to have your own) - Mouthguard and groin protector (also known as a cup) if you are going to spar - A towel for Thailand's humidity - Water bottle to stay hydrated(we also sell water at the gym) - A change of clothes if you plan to shower after the class

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of booking and the amount of notice given. For most bookings, we offer a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. - Customers must pay in person at the gym. - If you need to cancel a class, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. - We do not offer refunds for cancellations made on the day of the booking or for no-shows. - If you need to reschedule a class, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Any additional rescheduling will be subject to the cancellation policy.
